Add
This menu adds a Customer to the database
(that is the place where the data is stored). The customer is identified with a
unique number. The customer membership form can be printed at any time. The
E-mail address of the customer enables the owner to send E-mail to the
customer. The E-mail can be personal, Defaulters list, greetings etc. When the
user click the Add customer menu, a dialog box will be provided for entering
the customer details as shown in Fig 32.

The selection of the check box named ”Print
membership form” allow you to print the details immediately. After you fill the
customer details, click Add button and a message box will be shown as in Fig
33.

If
you click the Yes Button then this Customer will be added to the database and a
dialog will appear as same in Fig 32 to add another customer details. If you
don’t want to add, click No button and then you will exit from this Window.
Edit/Renew/Delete customer
This menu can modify the customer details.
The renewed form can be printed immediately or later. When you click the
edit\delete menu, a dialog box will be provided for editing/deleting the
customer details as shown in Fig 34

After selecting a customer, click OK
button and then a confirmation window will be shown as in Fig 35.

Here you can modify or/and delete
customer details. If you click the Save
Button, modified customer details
are added to the database and a Message
Box will appear as “Successfully modified Customer Details”. If you click
the OK Button, you can exit from this window and at the same time the details
will be displayed. If you click the Delete Button, a Message box will be shown
in Fig 36

If you are clicking the Yes Button, a message box will appear
as “Successfully deleted customer”. If you click No, then the
Customer details will not be removed from the database and at the same time the
dialog box will appear same as in Fig 35.
Find
This Menu item allows you to find a
particular customer or all customers. If you want to see all the customers, you
can select the Show All checkbox.
When you click the Find customer menu, a window will be provided for giving
details of the customer as shown in Fig 37.

Export mailing list
If you wish to send
greetings, default list of customers, new film list etc to your customers, you
can use this menu. This menu allows you to get list of customers including the
details like first name, last name, customer ID, E-mail ID etc. The selected
list from the grid can be used for sending specific types of e-mail such as
greetings, Defaulters list, etc. When you click the Export Mailing list menu
item, a window will appear for specifying the item details as shown in Fig 39.

After
making a selection, press the OK button. Then the details of customers will
appear as shown in Fig 40:

From the above list, you can select the customer to whom you want to send
the greetings, default settings etc. Here default customers list will be
printed. You can obtain customer details in
similar way for sending Greetings, personal E-mail list or New Film
List.
Send E- mail to selected members
Invoking this menu, a dialog box will be
displayed which contain the E-mail text and the signature. The owner can edit
this information so that appropriate group message can be sent.
For this, you have to select a customer from the list of customers to
whom you want to send the personnel E-mail from the above dialog. Upon clicking
send button it will send E -Mail to the list of selected customers. When you
click the Send E-mail to selected customer menu, a window will be provided for
sending message to customer as shown in Fig 41.

When you click the Send Button, the messages will be sent to
selected customers if the mail server is enabled. Otherwise a message Box will
appear as” Failed to connect to server name”. If you click Cancel Button
then you can exit from this Window.
Pause sending E- mail
This
menu can pause sending the E-mails temporarily. This menu option will be active
when the mailing is enabled.
Resume sending E-mail
This
resumes the paused E-mail sending. This menu option will be active when the
mailing is enabled.
Stop Sending E-mail
This
stops the E-mail sending. This menu option will be active when the mailing is
enabled.
Print Membership form
Print
a blank membership form. When you click the Print Membership Form, the result
will appear as in Fig 42.
