Add

This menu will add a new video into the database. This also specifies the category of the video, name of the actors, director, language, format, rate type and a video number. The dialog box is shown below in Fig 43.

  When you click the Add button, one video will be added to the database and a message box will appear asking, “ Do you want to add another copy of this video”. If the user presses YES, another copy of this video will be added. If the user presses NO, then another message box will appear asking, “Do you want to add another video “ .If the user clicks YES, the above dialog box will appear otherwise the user will exit from the dialog .

Search/Edit/Remove video

This menu will be used for Search / Edit / Remove a video from the database. When we select this, a dialog box will open and you must enter the video number or video name for the desired operation. Then the corresponding video will be displayed as shown in the Fig 44.

  From the list box, you must select an item and click the OK button; a dialog box will open as shown in the Fig 45.

This dialog box will display the details about the specified video; Click the desired button (Delete Video, Save changes). Then the specified operation will be successfully done.

Sell

This menu will be used to sell a video. When you select this menu item, a dialog  box will open as shown in the Fig.46. Specify the video number to be sold.

  An item must be selected from the list box and click the OK button. Then another confirmation dialog box will open as shown in the Fig 47, which displays the video number, video name and the selling price.

If you want to add this video into the Basket, click the Add to Basket. Then a message box will appear asking, “ Do you want to add any other video “. If you press YES, you can add another video. If the user press NO button, the sales check out dialog will appear as shown in Fig 48.

  This dialog box allows the user to add /delete items. If the user press the Delete button that item will be deleted from the list and at the same time we can add new items to the list by pressing the button  Add. If the user press the Button Check out then the receipt will appear. If  the user clicks the Button  Cancel, a confirmation dialog will appear as Are you sure you want to cancel this dialog. If the user clicks the button Yes, then exit from that dialog will occur.

Cancel video sales

      This provision is used for canceling the Video Sales.

Add to preorder list

This is a submenu of Preorder and used to add the details of the preorder videos. Select this from the Preorder and you can specify the new video name, supplier, quantity and unit price as shown in the Fig 49.

After entering the data, click the Add button to add the details into the preorder list.  After this a message box will appear asking ‘Do you want to add another?' . If you press Yes, you can add another video. Otherwise you will exit from that dialog.

Receive preorder

This is used to receive the preordered video(s) from the supplier. A dialog box is opened and will display the list of preorder video(s). Enter the quantity into the corresponding field as shown in the Fig.50. After entering the quantity, the rate will display in the corresponding field.

  If click the Receive button, a new dialog box will be provided for entering the details about the video. This is same as the Add Video dialog box. This is shown in Fig.51.

Enter the details into the corresponding fields. Click the Add button to add new videos into the video list.

Cancel preorder

This menu is used to cancel the preorder. When you select an item from the list to cancel and click the Cancel button , the selected item will be canceled. The dialog box will be as shown in the Fig.52.
